Travel Supplier Conditions:

departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in missed flights due to
cancellations. Airlines reserve the right to cancel
bookings. Holidays Hub is not liable for schedule
changes or cancellations. We communicate with
customers via email for assistance. Please verify and
reconfirm your seating arrangements before travel.
Holidays Hub does not control seat allocation and
cannot guarantee specific seat reservations. The airline
with which you booked is responsible. We are not
accountable for transportation costs between airports
and stations. Flights may be indirect and subject to
route or aircraft changes due to technical reasons.
Direct and Non-Direct Flights:
Direct flights may stop only for refueling. A 24-hour
schedule will be provided. Direct flights differ from
non-stop flights, which do not make any stops en route
to the destination.
General:
Tax payments are an integral element of the booking
process for both flights and hotel accommodations.
Opportunities such as coupons, vouchers, or loyalty
programs are available for use. When utilizing these
offers from airlines or hotels, you are engaging directly
with the respective providers.
At Holidays Hub, we adhere to our own set of

Delivery of Bookings and E-Tickets:
Please note that airlines may have distinct e-ticketing
terms and conditions. Service providers listed on our
website will issue any dispositions or daily tickets

involved in any e-ticketing promotions offered by

Ticket Delivery:

utilises Royal Mail 1st class for ticket delivery. If tickets
are not received within 7 working days, contact us no
later than 48 hours after this period. If you need to
depart sooner, discuss this with us over the phone.
Prompt contact allows us to potentially adjust your
ticket cost.
If you reach out after the deadline, you will be
responsible for any additional costs required by the
airline for rebooking.
Parcel tracking is available, and we can provide
information about the dispatchers and courier
company. Holidays Hub is not accountable for errors
made by you or service providers. We are responsible
only for our own mistakes and those of our service
providers.
Contacting us within 48 hours enables us to offer the
best possible alternatives. Provide your booking
number and confirm your email address, and we will
find the best solution for you.
Queries and Complaints:
For any issues or feedback, contact our customer
service. Direct complaints about airlines, hotels, or
other services to the respective entities. Our agents
will assist throughout your journey. Should we require additional information from you,

Airlines operating to or from the UK require passenger
data in advance. By providing your information to
Holidays Hub, you consent to its transfer to airlines and
potentially to aviation and foreign authorities.

Customer Behaviour Terms:

violate laws, endanger others, or damage property may

Holidays Hub will charge as per Current terms and
conditions of the hotels, airlines and rentals for any
changes after he booking. If we and the service
providers cannot accommodate your booking
adjustments, you will incur additional costs and must
provide written details of the required changes.
For flight and other travel booking adjustments, prior
notification is required for written email confirmation
from us.
For car and other rental bookings, a no-show fee will
apply. Please note that flight cancellations are nonrefundable, as per our and our service provider's
policy.
User Obligations Terms:
Users must:
• Assume financial responsibility for transactions
made under their name and account.
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information.
• Be at least 18 years old with legal capacity.

costs, we may need to provide your credit/debit card

No cash or checks.
Holidays Hub issues tickets, packages, vouchers, and
other travel documents only after full payment is
received.
You will be informed of due fares and booking
schedules. Holidays Hub reserves the right to reclaim
charges from card chargebacks. Tickets and travel
documents will be sent to the billing address
associated with the credit card.
We are committed to handling your information in

Should there be any concerns regarding billing

booking confirmation. Price fluctuations are beyond
our control, and customers are responsible for
covering any differences. Note that airline payments

Passport, Visas, and Health Terms:

residents or EU citizens should consult their embassy
for necessary travel documents for holidays originating
from the UK.
Passports and ID cards must be valid for the duration
of your trip and comply with the travel policies of your

Travelers to the United States:
Minors under 16 must possess a modified passport
when accompanied by parents or guardians. For those
16 and older, a separate passport is required for U.S.
travel. Should a parent's passport expire, a new one
must be obtained and linked to the child's passport.
Notify us promptly of any name changes during the
booking period and prior to travel to facilitate
necessary updates.
A confirmed U.S. visa should be secured before
booking your journey with us. The Visa Waiver
Program may assist in this process.
Visa processing for the U.S. can be lengthy; continue to
